Business English is a course which designed for intermediate students of English as a second language who wish to improve their written and spoken business communication skills. The course focuses on level-appropriate grammar, introduces vocabulary specific to various business domains, and familiarizes students with the finer points of business etiquette and business correspondence.
We guarantee that you will be able to read, speak and write like an English speaker after the course!
Course Objectives:
Student will be able to:
- Handle informal and formal introductions
- Describe work duties and job positions
- Write a personnel profile
- Speak appropriately on the phone, take messages, use general telephone language
- Present a company- facilities, departments, strengths
- Exchange information about products, dimensions
- Create projects and designs
- Discuss history of a company and products
- Understand and use basic socializing and chatting language
- Set up a participate in meetings- actions, suggestions, decisions, problem solving
