  2. a.Quick Start Mandarin Course

    The Quick Start Mandarin course is a 20 hours short course for Mandarin beginner. The aim of the course is to help you teach yourself a tongue which will let you communicate in real life, whether your purpose is to do business, to travel, or just to study out of interest. The language we use here is as “everyday” as we can make it, and we have tried to present it in scenes which are common and natural in China today.

    b.Mandarin Beginner Course

    The Mandarin Beginner course is MANDATORY for Mandarin beginners and lasts 45 hours of training. Part A is an intensive course for oral and practical usage in Mandarin. Part B focuses on grammar and a more structural approach. After finishing Parts A and B, students will be able to master daily conversation and communication in Mandarin. After completing 45 hours of the General Mandarin course, students can likely master an intermediate level of Mandarin in their business field and can move to the Advanced Business Communications course.

    c.Mandarin Beginner Plus

    Description: This is a supplementary course of our basic Mandarin program. We discovered that a number of students are able to master the basic grammar and structure in the textbook after 40 hours of Mandarin Beginner program. However, some of them are struggled in daily usage. This is an intensive drilling program to cater the needs of this group of students.

    e.HSK Preparation Course (Level 1-6)

    The HSK test is the only Chinese test for adult learners that is recognized internationally. With transferable qualification, the test is recognized by international businesses and academic institutions. HSK examines many of the most common words and grammatical structures, which are immediately applicable in both every day and professional situations.     The Middle Years Programme (MYP) (students aged 11 to 16) For MYP programmes, students will become more creative, critical and reflective thinkers. We focus on learning Mandarin through controlled and creative activities. Students will build up confidence in using Chinese as native speakers and develop oral and written communication skills. The Diploma Programme (DP) (students aged 16 to 19) For DP students we focus on helping students to achieve higher scores in their IB final examinations.     Advanced Business Communications is a course recommended for intermediate Mandarin speakers.
